First, prepare the marinade sauce. Basically consists of some wine, sesame oil, oyster sauce, fish sauce, ground pepper, ground coriander, honey. Marinade the ribs for a night in chiller.
Next, barbeque the ribs until crust formed from the honey. Turn around to cook both sides. Let the ribs rest. Cook the rest of marinade sauce to get nice consistency.
Eat with or without sauce.
